Our exchange policy is limited to 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have passed since the date of your purchase, the return/exchange will not be honored.

To be eligible for return/exchange, applicable items must be unworn/unused with original tags and/or packaging.

All “Clearance” and “Marked Down” items are FINAL SALE and not applicable for return and/or exchange.

Eligible items may only be exchanged for the same item ONLY! If the item is unavailable in the shop for an exchange, a store credit will be provided instead.

Shipping Rates: U.S. shipping is calculated at the time of purchase (USPS)
Shipping Upgrades: We will gladly try to accommodate any shipping upgrade requests, however they are not guaranteed. Prices for Shipping upgrades will be adjusted in proportion with available rates. Shipping Gift Orders: If you have a specific request for a gift order placed, please leave it in the “notes” section prior to placing your order. If we are sending it directly to the gift recipient, please make sure to provide the gift recipients address as the destination address. If you forgot to leave a specific request in the “notes” section, please send an email to hello@lovelyanddapper.com and refer to your purchase invoice number in the email subject line.
