SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing Time:
All items we carry in our shop are stocked and ready to ship. Your purchase will be shipped immediately following payment receipt and verification. Shipping processing time ranges between approximately 3-7 business days. For International orders, shipping can take up to one month.

All purchases/orders are shipped with tracking provided.

U.S. shipping is calculated at the time of purchase (USPS)
Shipping Upgrades:
We will gladly try to accommodate any shipping upgrade requests, however they are not guaranteed. Prices for Shipping upgrades will be adjusted in proportion with available rates. If you would like to upgrade, please send your request via email to: hello@lovelyanddapper.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Shipping Gift Orders:
If you have a specific request for a gift order placed, please leave it in the “notes” section prior to placing your order. If we are sending it directly to the gift recipient, please make sure to provide the gift recipients address as the destination address. If you forgot to leave a specific request in the “notes” section, please send an email to hello@lovelyanddapper.com and refer to your purchase invoice number in the email subject line.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We gladly accept returns and exchanges with a few limitations. Please refer to our policies below before initiating a return. We recommend placing a new order ASAP for all exchanges in order to guarantee you receive the items you want in return.
Return Guidelines:
All original manufacturer warranties also apply to items purchased from the Lovely & Dapper website.
Our exchange policy is limited to 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have passed since the date of your purchase, the return/exchange will not be honored.
To be eligible for return/exchange, applicable items must be unworn/unused with original tags and/or packaging.
All “Clearance” and “Marked Down” items are FINAL SALE and not applicable for return and/or exchange.
Please refer to our sizing chart prior to purchasing SALE items. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing once the order has been processed.
Eligible items may only be exchanged for the same item ONLY! If the item is unavailable in the shop for an exchange, a store credit will be provided instead.
Defective Items:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Merchandise that is damaged must be reported within 5 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed, worn, or altered cannot be accepted for exchange
